Tom graduated from Advance School of Massage Therapy in 2002. From his own personal experiences, and as a lifelong athlete, Tom has learned the benefits of massage and therapy for recovery and mending of injuries. He has continued learning by keeping up to date with continuing education courses in massage and manual therapy; such as Upledger level I Lymphatic Drainage, Pregnancy Massage, Level I Kinesio Taping, Therapeutic cupping, Sport Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Rocktape pods, Rocktape flossing, and Proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation techniques.
His ability to provide a deep therapeutic massage for recovery and performance involves blending a combination of techniques; helping his clients perform better in sports, work, and daily activities. Tom’s goal is to help all of his clients to have better body awareness and the need to focus on recovery. Tom has hours of experience working with a wide range of clients of all ages and walks of life. Whether it’s the weekend warrior, the mom to be, or the elderly, Tom’s approach is fit to your needs. He also has worked with runners, cyclists, triathletes, high school athletes, crossfitters, and Pro MMA fighters. During his free time, Tom enjoys staying active. He is an avid weightlifter, enjoys hiking, cycling, Jiu Jitsu, and boxing.
