Custom Physical Therapy is a therapist-owned clinic established in 2005 by Mike Burns and Dr. Angela Spruill. Our philosophy is to provide individualized care to all patients by combining professional excellence with a personal touch. We have 5 private treatment rooms and space for exercises of all levels. Our goal is to get you back to the activities you enjoy, prevent further injury and most important assist you to achieve a lifetime of optimal health and function.
