Rachael has been practicing outpatient orthopedic physical therapy since graduating from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in 2014. Her love for sports, athletics and helping people led her to pursue a career in physical therapy. Having been a female soccer player with knee injuries, she is passionate about helping young athletes rehabilitate their injuries to return them to their full potential. She enjoys working with an active population of all ages, from weekend warriors to collegiate football players.
Rachael also has an interest in Women’s Health, specifically working with pregnant and postpartum athletes. Her goal is to help pregnant women stay active and comfortable through pregnancy by making the necessary modifications to adapt to their ever changing bodies and appropriately progress them through their return to fitness postpartum.
When Rachael is not working, you can find her on the beach with her husband and two dogs. She loves to run and work out at OrangeTheory Fitness. She also enjoys getting in touch with her Italian roots and making homemade pasta.
